I am a new father to two new baby boys! I am both happy and sad right now with the whole thing.. The mother of my kids feels that I am not competent enough, or emotionally connected to raising two babies. I am currently a fireman for the jackson area... I make enough to provide, and I want to be a dad. The mother is amazing at what she dose, but dosn't think much at all about me. My ID Twin girls are 17 months now. The smaller one has started biting her sister a few weeks ago. She only does it when they fight over something that her sister doesn't want to let go. During the day I can prevent it by quickly stepping in when I see a fight coming, but some mornings when they wake up (they share a bedroom) they would fight & bite before we get to them. Any ideas on how I could get her to stop biting? She has never bitten anyone else - only her sister when they fight…

My girls just turned 8 months old...they love all their jarred baby food and Mum Mum's. They only have their bottom two teeth and aren't crawling yet. When can they start eating those Gerber products like yogurt melts, puffs, etc.? What other things are easy to gum?
They eat 24 oz of formula and 3 jars of stage 2 food each daily...I know they aren't starving but I'm looking forward to them having finger foods so we can all eat at the table as a family!
